Ceuta, Prison by the Sea - The European Dream

This documentary takes us to the heart of Ceuta, a Spanish enclave in Morocco, where we meet five emigration hopefuls from Cameroon, Somalia, Chad, and India. Each with their own dreams and fears, they find themselves stuck in a limbo, just fourteen kilometers away from the European soil they long to reach.

The film skillfully captures the palpable anxiety and at times, sheer anguish, of these individuals. The uncertainty that hangs over their heads - whether they will be able to make it to Europe or be deported back to their home countries - is painted in stark reality, making for a tense and gripping narrative.
