Bastien Genoux is a Swiss film and television director from Geneva, Switzerland. He is best known for his critically acclaimed short films ‘A Winter’s Tale’ and ‘The Miracle of the Senses’.
Bastien Genoux was born in Geneva in 1981 and grew up in a creative and supportive family with a strong interest in the arts. He attended the University of Geneva, where he studied film directing. His graduation film was a short piece titled ‘A Winter’s Tale’ which he wrote, directed and edited himself. The film was a great success, winning numerous awards at international film festivals.
