Iben Haahr is a well-known Danish film director, producer, and screenwriter. Born in 1975 in Copenhagen, Denmark, Haahr graduated from the National Film School of Denmark in 2000 with a degree in Film Directing.

Haahr has directed a number of critically acclaimed feature films, including his debut feature 'En Frygtelig Kvinde' (A Terrible Woman, 2009), 'Krigen' (War, 2015), and 'Udenfor Sæsonen' (Off-Season, 2018). He has also directed several short films, such as 'Krydsfelt' (Crossroads, 2001) and 'Mørkets Søjler' (The Pillars of Darkness, 2002).

Haahr's films often explore difficult themes such as war, death, and family dysfunction.
