Jeongjoon Lee is a South Korean film director, writer, and producer. He is best known for his award-winning films My Dear Enemy (2008), Poetry (2010), and The Throne (2015).
Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea, in 1961. He attended Yonsei University, where he studied film. After graduating, he began working as a film editor and assistant director for various films. In 1991, he made his directorial debut with the film The Window, which was a critical success.
