Joe Sartorius is an American director, actor, and singer best known for his innovative music videos and short films. He was born in 1998 in Connecticut and began his career in 2012, when he began creating videos for his Youtube channel.

Sartorius started by creating comedic skits and lip-syncing videos, which quickly gained him an audience. He soon began working with other artists such as Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes, and Jacob Sartorius. His videos and films have received critical praise from outlets such as Billboard and The New York Times.

In 2015, Sartorius directed his first music video, for the song "Sweatshirt" by Jacob Sartorius. The video quickly went viral, earning more than 300 million views in just a few weeks. This success earned him recognition from MTV, who chose him as an MTV Artist to Watch in 2016.

In 2017, Sartorius directed a series of short films for the YouTube Red Originals program.
